£8 Million - Hillgate Quay, Gateshead

£2 Million - New Offices, Union Street, Newcastle

Brims have been awarded a £2 million contract to design and build six high specification air conditioned offices at Union Street in Newcastle. The project commenced in December and has a duration of 35 weeks.

£3 Million - Office Conversion of Former Foundation Night Club

Brims have been awarded a £3 million design & build contract to convert the former Foundation Night Club at 57 - 59 Melbourne Street, Newcastle into luxury offices. The project commenced in January 2008 and is due to be complete in December 2008.

£10 Million - Quay West, New Business Village, Sunderland

Brims have been awarded the design and construction of a new business village at Quay West, Sunderland. The project will see the creation of 48 individual offices overlooking the river Wear. The project commenced on the 17th March 2008 and and has a duration of 72 weeks.

£1 Million - The Durham Centre, Durham

Brims have been awarded the conversion of an existing building in Belmont, Durham into the Durham Centre - a high specification conference centre for Emmanuel Church. Brims have been selected as preferred contractor for the Hillgate Quay Project on the former location of the Tuxedo Royal Night Club. The £8 million project is due to commence in early 2009 and comprises office and leisure facilities. (Click picture for larger view)
