The works at Springfield Motors consisted of a car showroom extension and expanded workshop facility to provide a new Fiat dealership at Durham Road in Gateshead.

The works which required ësympthetic client careí were undertaken whilst the existing car dealership remained ìliveî. The new Fiat showroom is approximately 2000 sq ft in size. In addition to this, a new valet area was provided as well as an extension to the existing workshop facilities comprising a further 1200 sq ft.

The showroom and workshop areas are of a single storey steel frame construction. The showroom is open plan with curtain wall/glazed faÁade with feature brickwork and timber cladding panels. Associated external works included new car parking, service yards, new drainage, services and soft landscaping.
